How does it work?

The Assessment

A set of exercises that measure 20 personality and behavioral characteristics that identify high-performance people. High-performance professionals, the best of the best, are powered by very specific personality traits that we have been studying for years, and we can show you.

The Interview

A conversation between an experienced Giombetti consultant and the individual taking the assessment. That allows Giombetti’s to get a better understanding of what makes that individual tick. These two pieces are then brought together with years of experience into a complete picture that you can take action on.
